Returns Policy
Faulty Goods - In the unlikely event faulty goods are supplied by iwantacanvas.com,
the canvases must be returned in their original packaging, upon receipt orf the returned items iwantacanvas.com. will quality test the goods and if they are proven faulty a replacement or refund will be offered or dispatched.
However if the goods prove to be of saleable finished quality, then a £10 qulaity testing and signed for postage fee will be applied and the goods, will only be returned after payment has been made in full. To return any goods a 'return advice' number' must be received from iwantacanvs.com. by telephoning iwantacanvas.com. during business hours. Failure to follow this procedure may have a delay on the replacement been dispatched, Faults occuring as a result of poor treatment or poor storage by the customer will not be covered by iwantacanvas.com.
This policy is final and if at a later date the policy need to be updated or revised then it can be done without any notice.
